"I would like to thank the staff of the Gainesville Holiday Inn for their gracious hospitality.  The reception staff were wonderful.  I used the valet/shuttle services during a visit - the driver went far beyond what was expected to help me out when I requested his assistance.  He was absolutely helpful and kind. 

The new Holiday Inn website is easy & fast to use - much simpler than other hotel websites.  The location of the hotel is perfect for my activities [in] Gainesville and the price for the stay is excellent for the value of service received. 

I like the idea of the Gator VIP Club for parents of UF students.
